Sponsorship Opportunities
Annual PCC Sponsorship
The Capital Region Postal Customer Council invites area business within or outside of the Mailing Industry to be sponsors of the PCC. The monies generated will be used to directly benefit the overall PCC members by helping to pay for upcoming events, training and education programs, social and networking events, and to help defray PCC administrative costs such as printing, advertising, speaker fees, etc. For more information, please contact Lawrence Elliott, Postmaster, at 518-452-2286.
There are three levels of sponsorship:
Express: $1000
Sponsor Benefits:

Name & Logo displayed with CRPCC banner that will be displayed at all CRPC events

Acknowledgments in Quarterly Newsletters including the sponsor’s contact information such as telephone, website, and logo

Acknowledgement in all membership mailings

Place brochures, business cards, or “giveaways” (pens, letter openers for example) in a event giveaway bag, when available

An article in one of our quarterly newsletters about your company. – you must work with us on this.

Sponsors will enjoy the benefits as noted above. Sponsors will NOT be allowed to do the following:

Make sales presentations or be Brand specific about their products (unless competitors are also mentioned), during the formal program. This applies to Event monitors, speakers, or panel participants. Sponsor will be allowed to make a presentation after the formal program has concluded to anyone who wishes to stay for the presentation.

Cold call PCC members unless the PCC member asks to be contacted or they leave the sponsor a business card with the member’s contact information. (fishbowl)

Spam via email PCC members or other event sponsors

To send out direct mail pieces to members unless they have requested information or left business card with the sponsor with the potential customer’s contact information
